DocAuto customers with active Annual Support agreements may call 800-DocAuto (770.242.6747 Outside USA), Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET. After hours support is available by prior arrangement.
Customers may also log cases through our Self-Service Support Portal. Once logged in to our support portal, customers can:
- Log support cases
- View open and closed cases
- Load attachments to support cases
- Receive e-mail notification of updates to cases
- View release notes
- Search for known solutions
