DocAuto’s Reporting Server™ for WorkSite is a web-based reporting system for displaying information from WorkSite, an external database, or a combination of the two.  Reporting Server helps track how well matter-centric environments are being adopted and utilized, while highlighting potential bottlenecks or usability issues.  It also provides detailed activity tracking on users or groups.  

This powerful, flexible tool comes with a wide range of useful pre-built reports, as well as a full-featured report designer that allows authorized users to download, edit, and upload reports.  Users can run reports from the secure web interface and export the data to PDF, XLS, RTF, and ASCII formats.

The Reporting Server can be integrated with any external system that creates URLs, therefore it is easily integrated with DocAuto’s Watchdog Module for WorkSite.  Using these products together allows Reporting Server’s dynamic report links to be included in Watchdog Module’s notification messages.

Watchdog Module™ for DocAuto Server lets you know what’s happening in WorkSite as it happens. This module helps prevent content theft, checks for unauthorized use of intellectual property, and provides you with an instant notification of suspicious, or desired, user activity at an organizational level.

Watchdog Module continuously monitors all document activities within any number of WorkSite servers and databases. Watchdog Module reports on and takes action if a specific activity threshold is met and can instantly notify any combination of users or distribution groups using SMTP, SMS, or RSS about these monitored activities. The module can even disable a user’s WorkSite account if necessary. Business rules can be easily incorporated into a Watchdog configuration using data from any external data source.

WorkSpace Manager Desktop™ is a suite of client-side add-ins to DeskSite and/or FileSite that allow users to perform "managed" operations within WorkSite in Matter-centric or non-Matter-centric environments, or as part of the migration or conversion of an environment to one that uses WorkSpaces.

All of these utilities can be run as a "proxied" user, using secured credentials, so that users without WorkSite Role Privileges can still use the tool to perform necessary operations. A simple, user-friendly interface can be pre-configured and locked down for easy use by non-technical users. Most of these applications are completely client-side applications, and require no dedicated hardware, servers, or system modifications. All of these utilities work with existing WorkSpaces regardless of how they were created.

If potential problems are detected within the system, Helm sends e-mail notifications to administrators so they may take action to prevent or minimize user impact.  Helm can be easily configured to send alerts on critical problems, like hardware failures or capacity issues, or send alerts when predetermined performance thresholds are met.  Helm also simplifies and automates many manual IDOL and DMS administration tasks, allowing IT Teams and IDOL experts to spend less time performing tedious system checks which are normally necessary to ensure system optimization.

This product maintains security on WorkSite documents, so it works in environments that have not yet migrated to WorkSpace-centric implementations or matter-centric implementations where “orphaned” documents may still exist in WorkSite. iMPrivate allows system administrators to define ethical walls that are applied and maintained on documents using any combination of WorkSite metadata, including full-text searches. iMPrivate also provides for a wide array of day-to-day security maintenance operations within WorkSite.

iMPrivate also provides for "soft delete" functionality, which can automatically hide documents on a version-by-version basis that have been marked by users for deletion based on profile metadata. Soft deletion can also be performed based on drag-and-drop operations of documents into "Trash" or "Recycle Bin" folders if all versions need to be processed in this way.

The Refiling Module™ for WorkSite replaces our legacy Refiling Server and Refiling Server Enterprise application with a DocAuto Server Module with even more features and capabilities than before. The Refiling Module takes refiling out of the hands of end-users and completely eliminates user-driven or client-side refiling of document metadata and/or security.
